Your project will have TWO parts:
a RESEARCH component and the PROJECT component.
The project will be accessible and posted for you in Schoology. This is a basic overview.
Step 1: Spend time reviewing the resources and different people you can research.
Step 2: Choose who you will be researching.
Step 3: Complete the Research Organizer posted in Schoology.
Step 4: Choose your project. Project options will be posted in Schoology (Note: If you are choosing your own project option, remember to get approval from Mrs. Beall-Cottrell before starting).

Option #1: Diary/Journal Entries You will create original journal/diary entries from the perspective of the person you researched. Requirements:

Option #2: Social Media Account (Histogram)
You will create a social media account and posts for the person you researched. You will make posts and post pictures that coincide with important dates and battles in the Revolutionary War.
Requirements:
Use Social Media Account template provided
Set up a social media account that is reflective of the person you researched.
Make at least 8 posts with pictures about events/people in the Revolutionary War.
Make sure these posts are from the perspective of the person you researched.

Option #3: Time Capsule You will create a time capsule with artifacts, written sources, and pictures of the person you researched. Requirements:

Option #4: Original Project
Do you have a hobby or talent that you would like to use to demonstrate your learning? Are you a musician, artist or vlogger who would like to create an original project to show your work.
If you would like to create your own assignment, write the details of your idea in a message over Schoology for approval.
